Multiracial American – People who identify with more than one ethnic/race heritage, and who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the United States.

Pacific Islander American – People whose ancestry is from one or more of the following areas: Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea.

Fees will be applied to the first invoice of the chosen payment plan. All fees are a flat rate. If student withdraws from a Boca Prep Academy, all fees for that semester will still be due.

In an emergency situation I hereby authorize the staff of Boca Prep International School to act in my behalf for any medical care, treatment (including immunizations), and prescriptions reasonably necessary or medically advisable to maintain the life, health, and well- being of my child. This includes, but is not limited to, first aid, prevention and care of injuries, follow- up care, and the taking of over the counter prescriptions that are approved by a physician even when the child is not seen by a physician. This consent for treatment extends to the signing and completion of: (1) Legal authorization for treatment; (2) consultations with doctors; (3) emergency examinations; (4) consent for hospitalization; (5) anesthesia; (6) dental care; and (7) treatment or surgery that may be deemed necessary by appropriate medical personnel.

Aftercare Program

The Aftercare Program offers quality after school care, homework assistance, and organized games and activities.

Hours of Operation: The Aftercare Program regularly operates Monday – Friday (when school is in session) from 4:15-5:30pm. Please call ext 205 after hours. Phone number: 561-852-1410

Program Fees:

Monthly Rate: Aftercare Program daily rate under a monthly plan is $15.00.

Late Pick-Up: Any child remaining at the school after 5:30 pm will be charged a rate of $10.00 for the first 5 minutes and $1.00 additional per minute after 5:35 p.m. Final charges for the period will be billed at the end of the month and are due immediately. Late fee charges may apply.

Monthly Term: Minimum term of the agreement is monthly, (based on 20 active days) billed in advance along with tuition and bus service, as applicable according to your monthly plan. Once enrolled and billed, there are no refunds if the service is partially used or not used.

The only exception for a pro-rate billing is when the school is closed due to holidays and as indicated in the school calendar – special specific days, ½ days and longer periods: Thanksgiving break, Winter Break and Spring Break.

Daily Rate: Additional service will be offered for those exceptions if needed and as required for being late to pick up your children any “single day” after 4:15p.m. (Accident, traffic, etc.). In this event, please contact the front desk 561-852-1410 to notify. There is a flat rate fee of $25.00 up to 5:30 p.m. After this time, the same rate as previously indicated will be charged, which is: a rate of $10.00 for the first 5 minutes and $1.00/minute after 5:35 p.m. Final charges for the period will be billed at the end of the month and are due immediately. Late fee charges may apply.

Bus Transportation

Enclosed please find the school bus fees for the 2018-2019 school year. All prices are given as a flat rate and are based upon the distance from the school to your home or any academy location/hour varies. No refunds will be given if service is partially used. If you are interested in transportation, either round-trip or one-way, please complete the form below and return it to the Finance Department. Buses will leave Boca Prep at 3:15 pm each day. By default, transportation charges are billed in accordance to the tuition payment plan: A (monthly), B (semester) and C (one time). Upon request, different billing charges may be processed and payments are due by the 10th of the month. Cancellations are required to be made prior to the start of a new month, in order to organize the route accordingly.
*Destination location is subject to approval of bus route.

Short Distance: 0 – 7 miles
• One Way – $200 per month ($2005 per year)
• Round Trip – $295 per month ($2,950 per year)

Mid Distance: 8 – 15 miles
• One Way – $212 per month ($2,120 per year)
• Round Trip – $306 per month ($3,065 per year)

Long Distance: 16 – 25 miles
• One Way – $234 per month ($2,340 per year)
• Round Trip – $318 per month ($3,180 per year)

Don Law Golf
• Round Trip – $50 per month ($500 per year)

Exam Schedule Acknowledgement (Required)

It is important to acknowledge that semester exams account for 20% of a student’s final grade. With that being said, it is important for students to be present for the exam weeks.

• 1st Semester Exams: December 18th-20th
• 2nd Semester Exams: June 4th-6th

Tuition Discounts

1. Sibling
• 2nd sibling: 5% discount off of the academic portion of tuition.
• 3 or more siblings: 30% discount off of the academic portion of tuition.

2. Mission Bay
• For families living in the Mission Bay area, (as a permanent renter and/or owner), there is a 10% discount applied towards the academic portion of tuition. For this discount to be applied, all families must submit the Mission Bay Application Form.


• All discounts are calculated based on the school standard tuition fees only.
• Discount shall not apply to registration fees, deposit fees, meals, uniforms, books, extracurricular activities, or to any other extra payments or fees for services offered by the school.
• Only one discount applies (siblings or mission bay).
• Discounts will always be honored to families in good financial standing

If you are registering for the Mission Bay discount please upload the Mission Bay application form located in your checklist under “Boca Prep Documents (to be uploaded if applicable)” once you have completed this application.
